Yet Another Reason to Hate the News Media

Today NATO reported Russia is not honoring the terms of the ceasefire with Georgia, a bomb killed at least 23 people in a hospital in Pakistan, Tropical Storm Fay hit Florida, a famous television actress announced she had a double mastectomy, and fighting continued to flare up in Afghanistan (not to mention we are in the midst of a Presidential election, a war in Iraq and the most politically fascinating Olympics since 1936.)

So what is the current main headline on CNN.com?

“’Bigfoot’ actually a rubber suit, enthusiast says.”

Really?!?
